چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین ارتباط ابعاد شخصیت، تنظیم و بازشناسی هیجان با کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن می باشد.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه ی پژوهش شامل 80 بیمار مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن بود که از میان بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیکهای شهر اردبیل انتخاب شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه مقیاس تنظیم شناختی هیجان، آزمون بازشناسی حالات چهره­ای، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ی شخصیتی نثو و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (SF -36) استفاده شد. داده­های پژوهش با روش­های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند گانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
 یافته­ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان می­دهد که بین تنظیم هیجانی مثبت (459/0r= - )، تنظیم هیجانی منفی (374/0r= )، برونگرایی (251/0r= )، گشودگی (226/0r= )، با وجدان بودن (221/0r= ) و بازشناسی هیجانی (240/0-r= ) با کیفیت زندگی رابطه دارند (01/0pنتیجه­گیری: نتایج تحلیل گرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که حدود 22 درصد واریانس کیفیت زندگی توسط متغیرهای مورد مطالعه تبیین می شود. این یافته­ها نشان می دهند که عاملهای شخصیتی و هیجانی نقش مهمی در پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن دارند.

Objective: The body dimorphic concern is The objective: purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between personality, emotion regulation and recognition of with quality of life in patients with chronic low back pain. 
Method: This is a correlation study. The sample consisted of 80 patients with chronic low back pain among patients who were admitted to the clinic of Ardabil. To collect data was used Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale, Facial Recognition Questionnaire, Neo’s Personality Questionnaire (short form) and Quality of Life Questionnaire (short form) (SF -36). Data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis.
Results: The results of Pearson correlation coefficient show that where are relation between positive emotional regulation (r= 0.459), negative emotional regulation (r= 0.374), extraversion (r= 0.251), openness (r= 0.226), and conscientiousness (r= 221) and emotion recognition (r= 240) and quality of life (pConclusion: These findings suggest that personality and emotional factors have an important role in predicting quality of life in patients with chronic low back pain.
