Abstract Introduction : The aim of this study is to relationship of type D personality, self compassion and social support with health behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease. This research is a correlation study. Method: The research sample consisted 84 patients with CHD who were admitted in Moddaress hospital in 1389 were studied. To collect the data Demographic questioner, Type D Personality Scale, Self compassion Scale, Social support Scale and Short form 36 Health Survey performed. to analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficiene, multiple regression and MNOVA were used. Results: The results showed that Type D personality (r=-.52), self- compassion (r=-.22) and social support (r=-.19) related to are health behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease. The results of multiple regression showed type D personality, self compassion and social support percent 30 had significant contribute in prediction of health behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion: The findings of important Implications is for future research, prevention, psychopathology and treatment of health behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease. Abstract Aim: The problem of infertility as a stressful event comes along with different psychological problems. The aim of this study is determining rate of psychological well-being and satisfaction of marital life in infertile /fertile women. Method: In this study 40 infertile women from the Alzahra Care Center in Tabriz city were selected randomly and compared with 40 fertile women. Data were collected by two questionnaires including well-being psychological and marital satisfaction scales. According to multiple facts of comparative variables, the Multivariate analysis of variance method performed. Results: According to the findings, the fertile women significantly higher than infertile women in psychological well-being. Data doesn't show Results:Fertile women were more well-bing than infertile. Conclusion: The results indicated that the infertile women had low well-being psychological status ( P<0.05). Therefore, attending to mental needs of infertile individuals, is a vital part in success of caring infertility.

Abstract: Aim: The present research was carried out by aiming at study on relationship between Quality of Life (QoL) and Psychological Capital with Illness Perception among patients who suffered from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) disease. Method: For this purpose, 231 participants (140girls and 66 boys) were chosen from the members of Iranian MS Society. The measurement tools were employed in this study including: 1) Demographic Questionnaire; 2) Quality of Life Questionnaire (D-39) (E. Barbieri, Warp; 1997); 3) Psychological Capital Questionnaire (Sindro et al; 1994); and 4) Illness Perception Questionnaire (Brief IPQ), (Broadbent E., Petrie K., Main J., & Weinman J( 2006). At the current study, Multiple Regression Analysis and Pearson Correlation Test have been adapted for data analysis. Results:The results indicated that variables such as Quality of Life (QoL), Psychological Capital, Opportunism and Effectiveness are significant predicators for Illness Perception in those who suffered from MS while variables of Hope and Tolerance were not significant predicators in this study.

Abstract: Aim. The purpose of the present research was to study effectiveness of group stress inoculation training (SIT) on the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and life quality in the women involved blood pressure. Method: The method of research was semi experimental and with design is pretest- post test by control group. For sampling, by using of life quality questionnaire and manometer, 30 women that had low life quality and 130 above systolic and 90 above diastolic blood pressure were chosen on simple random basic and were divided on voluntarily experimental and control groups. Experiment group received 10 sessions of SIT techniques an control group did not receive any training. After receiving of training, life quality and blood pressure were measured for next time. Results: Results showed systolic blood pressure (3.09) diastolic blood pressure (3.17) life quality (3.30) P<0.05 revealed significant effect. Present investigation clarified importance SIT method on the decreasing systolic, diastolic blood pressure and increasing life quality of women. Conclusion: This investigation showed with SIT training can cause decreasing of above blood pressure and increasing life quality of women

Abstract
Aim: The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between the pain catastrophizing, pain-related anxiety, social support, coping strategies and neuroticism, with functional disability in Rheumatic patients, in Ahvaz-Iran.
Method: The sample Contained 151 participants who selected via available sample method and completed Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS), Pain Anxiety Symptoms Scale (PASS-20), subscale of neuroticism from Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-R) Arthritis Impact Measurement Scales (AIMS2), and Coping strategies Questionnaire. Functional status were assessed using the three-Factor Model of the Arthritis Impact Scale, 2nd ed., (AIMS2).
Results: The result of a multiple regression analysis showed that pain catastrophizing, pain-related anxiety, social support, coping strategies and neuroticism were able to explain 39% of the variance in the AIMS2. The result of multiple regression analysis with stepwise method indicated that pain catastrophizing, neuroticism, social support and one of coping strategies were variables that entered in the model, respectively. Thesesvariables accounted for 38% of the variance in functional disability.
Conclusion: The present results support the hypothesized role of psychosocial variables in predicting Functional status in Rheumatic patients.

Abstract Aim: This study aimed to comparing the effectiveness of life- style modification and cognitive group therapy to weight reduction and improving the quality of life. Method: Hence, among volunteers to interventions, 26 participants regarding to exclude- include criteria were participated on this study randomly assigned into two groups. All the items of quality of life and overweight: the obesity related well- being questionnaire were filled out by all the participants prior to, 4 months, and seven months later than onset of the interventions, and their BMI were calculated, too. Gathering data were analyzed by 16th version of SPSS, and by applying repeated measures method. Results: Finding revealed that both life- style modification group therapy and cognitive group therapy significantly reduced BMI and improving quality of life (p<0.05).

Aim: This study is aimed to investigate the relationship between suicidal intent and patient characteristics in middle age and elderly patients.
Method: A cross sectional study on 300 patients aged ≥45 in poisoning ward of Loghman hospital in 1388 were established. Data were collected by: questionnaire on Demographic data, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Beck Scale for Suicidal Ideation (BSSI). The results were analyzed using SPSS and chi 2 and t-test.
Results:Data support some Main causes of attempted suicide as follows:family conflicts, financial problems, physical and mental diseases, substance abuse and husband’s violence. A significant relationship between depression and suicidal thought were found (P<0.05).
