Objective:The purpose of this research is to identify the proponents and boys of the development of interaction in the health environment on-line, and therefore the community is being studied by the Internet communities and Internet groups. Method: For this purpose, in this study, at first, four major telegram groups in the field of health, in which users and experts interact in different fields, were selected and the views of each group were examined. Introduction: Obesity and overweight is a risk factor for diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, cancer (prostate, colon, breast, etc.). The aim of study was to exam the effectiveness of neurofeedback training on food craving and mental health in overweight women. Methods: The populations of this study compose of overweight women refered to two nutrition clinics in sari .Thirty persons have been assigned randomly in to two groups of neurofeedback and control. In this study used the pretest and posttest with control group, and experimental group received 10 sessions neurofeedback. The participants have been asked to complete the food craving questionnaire and General health Questionnaire before and after training session. After collecting data, the data have been analyzed by ANCOVA. Results: Data analysis shows significant difference between experimental and control groups. Hence, neurofeedback training decreases food craving and improve the general health of overweight women. Conclusion: the result of study shows that neurofeedback training could be consider as a supplement therapy in overweight.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics and personality dimensions extraversion vs. introversion, neuroticism versus emotional stability characteristics with adherence in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 100 type II diabetes' patients were recruitment by convenient sampling method. Patients checked-out revised questionnaire of Eysenck Personality (short form) and questionnaire to treatment adherence. The data were analyzed by Spearman correlation test and a linear regression model and for spss software was used for data analysis. Results: there was a significant inverse correlation between the personality neuroticism traits and adherence and a significant positive correlation between personality traits - emotional stability and consistency of treatment of modes. There was not correlation between introversion and extroversion. Conclusion: The results of this study emphasize the influence of personality traits, emotional stability, and neuroticism on the adherence and treatments follow-up among diabetic patients.
