Objectives: Investigating the psychological factors that facilitate the recovery of bone marrow transplant patients is crucial for appropriate policymakers to identify potential problems and develop appropriate interventions for the better benefit and increasing success of bone marrow transplantation. The aim of this study was to review the psychological factors facilitating the recovery of bone marrow transplant patients. Method: In this systematic review, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) utilized, along with their possible implications for risk of bias. In this regard, required information took from Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed databases for the selection of Latin articles and Persian articles databases, ISC with the selection period ranging from 1987 to 2022 for English articles and from the years 1390 to 1401 for selection of Persian articles. Based on the desired criteria, they limited. The narrative synthesis method used for combine the data. Results: In this study, the quality of 37 articles confirmed and psychological factors influencing the recovery of bone marrow transplant patients identified. Physical distress, decrease in patients' quality of life, psychosocial well-being, the possibility of increasing symptoms of anxiety and depression, are among the biggest challenges facing patient. Factors such as spirituality, health literacy, sports and psychological interventions aimed at disease acceptance the disease and increase psychological well-being and healthy coping strategies have a significant impact on improving psychological and medical health outcomes. Depression, homesick, tension, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, delusions and cognitive deficits, feelings of lack of choice, need for special attention, and isolation are inevitable consequences of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Some psychosocial variables (depression, anxiety, stress, coping strategies, social support, optimism, rationality, and need for coordination) and clinical parameters indicating immune response after bone marrow transplantation. Conclusion: Identifying psychological factors influencing the recovery of bone marrow transplant patients, including; health literacy, sports programs, optimism, gender, social support, mental health, lifestyle factors, understanding of transplant, and follow-up are influential in setting protocols to increase the mental health and survival of bone marrow transplant patients. Identifying psychological factors that facilitate the treatment process helps psychologists and the medical team to identify and strengthen these factors in patients. To moderate the negative psychological consequences of transplantation, it is desirable to perform psychological interventions and to recognize and strengthen the positive psychological structures within the psyche by the treatment staff and the psychologist. Additionally, regulating the natural day and night cycle, palliative care, antipsychotic medication, disease management, lead to better health outcomes.

Objective: The aim of this study was to describe the experiences of patients who had recovered from COVID 19 on the psychological factors affecting their recovery during the disease. Method: This qualitative study was conducted in 1399. The data collection method was semi-structured in-depth interviews. Participants were patients who had recovered from COVID 19 and were willing to talk about their experience. Sampling was done from 3 cities of Gachsaran، Basht and Noorabad with purposeful sampling approach. Data were analyzed by content analysis method. The extracted codes were managed through MAXQDA software version 10. Findings: A total of 15 interviews were conducted with 8 women and 7 men aged 23 to 58 years. Analysis of participants' conversations about psychological factors contributing to the recovery of patients with COVID 19 led to the identification of 305 codes، which were divided into 2 main categories، including " factors related to patient" and “Factors related to patient’s relations" and 9 subcategories. Conclusion: According to the results of this study، the thoughts and behaviors of the patient، staff and acquaintances are effective in the mental health of the patient and accelerate the healing process، which need pay attention. One of the responsibilities of the medical staff is to provide consultation sessions for patients’ acquaintances and their nurses regarding the thoughts and behavior of the patient and his/her relations.

Objective: Appropriate self-care is the base of treatment in hemodialysis patients. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between psychological factors (personality traits, anxiety, depression and stress) and the self- care of hemodialysis patient. Method: In a cross-sectional study 125 patients under chronic hemodialysis admitted to Al-Zahra and Noor hospitals of Isfahan city in 2012 were enrolled to the study with regard to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection tools were including three questionnaires (the five-factor personality inventory (Neo Big-5), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) and Hemodialysis Self-care checklist that after the choice of samples were given to complete. the data was analyzed by multivariate regression model. Findings: Depression and conscientiousness are significantly correlated with self-care in hemodialysis patients. There is an inverse correlation between self-care and depression and a direct correlation between conscientiousness with self-care. Conclusion: It seems that pay attention to psychological factors are required in practice with hemodialysis patients.

Objective: Nowadays, the issue of health status in physical and psychological fields in Passive people is getting global attention. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Pilates training on some psychological factors and their relation with body mass index of passive obese women in Ahvaz city. Method: This research was a semi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design. For this Purpose, 30 passive obese women from different parts of Ahwaz were selected and randomly divided into experimental and controlgroups. The experimental group participated in Pilates exercises for eight weeks, three sessions per week and 60-40 minutes each session. The data gathering tools consisted of demographic characteristics and Depression, Anxiety and Stress (DASS21) questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Independent T -test ,Paired t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: results showed that in the experimental group there is a significant difference between the mean scores of stress, anxiety and depression before and after the intervention . Also, there was a significant positive correlation between body mass index and depression, stress and anxiety. Conclusion: in general, The results of this study showed that Pilates training may improve and prevent psychological problems in passive obese Woman.

Aim: This study aimed to systematically review and meta-analysis of psychological risk factors migraines. Methods: This study was a meta-analysis. To this aim, the Iranian research’s in the field of psychological risk factors of migraine has criteria for a systematic review and was performed by software. The 240 study was a systematic review, 29 studies were selected to review and 21 studies that had all the required criteria, were selected for meta-analysis. Results: The results showed that the psychological beliefs, emotions and mood disorders, personality, stress and coping strategies, social support and quality of sleep were associated with migraine. Somehow that effect size of belief with average 1.95; mood disorders 1.86, personality 3.45, stress and coping strategies 2.76, social support 1.10 and sleep quality 1.17 were considered psychological risk factors for migraine. The average size of the overall impact studies for the fixed effects model was Z = 17.43 and significant (P =0.000) and the random effects was Z = 1.85 and significant (P =0.049). Conclusion: Considering the results as a prelude to starting, is recommended a treatment protocol based on the psychological variables to improve the health of migraine treatment.
