Journal Article 2020 02 26 <strong>Objective: </strong>The aim of this study was to compare the components of personality, rumination and self-compassion in patients with myasthenia gravis and normal individuals. The present study is of applied and causal-comparative type. <strong>Method:</strong> The statistical population included all patients with myasthenia gravis disorder in Tehran. Using available sampling method, 100 patients (50 patients with myasthenia gravis and 50 healthy individuals) were considered. Research tools included the Neo Personality Inventory (Costa and McCriff 1985), the Ruminant Inventory Inventory (Nolen-Hooksma, 1991), and the Self-Compassion Scale (Neff and Bratos, 2003). One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. <strong>Findings:</strong> The results showed that there was a significant difference between patients with myasthenia gravis and healthy individuals in terms of personality components, rumination and self-compassion (P <0.01). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Therefore, trying to study rumination and disturbed psyche can be an important step to improve the mental health of myasthenia gravis patients <strong>مقدمه:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه مؤلفه‌های شخصیت، نشخوار فکری و خودشفقت­ورزی در بیماران مبتلا به میاستنی گراویس و افراد عادی انجام شد. پژوهشحاضر از نوع کاربردی و علی-مقایسه­ای است<em>.</em> <strong>روش:</strong> جامعه آماری شامل کل بیماران دارای اختلال میاستنی گراویس شهر تهران بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه­برداری در دسترس 100 نفر (50 بیمار مبتلا به میاستنی گراویس و 50 فرد عادی) در نظر گرفته شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سیاهه شخصیتی نئو (کوستا و مک‌کریف 1985)، سیاهه نشخوار فکری (نولن-هوکسما، 1991) و مقیاس خودشفقت­ورزی (نف و براتوس، 2003) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه استفاده شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد بین بیماران مبتلا به میاستنی گراویس و افراد عادی از لحاظ مؤلفه‌های شخصیت، نشخوار فکری و خودشفقت­ورزی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (01/0>P)<em>.</em> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بنابراین تلاش در راستای بررسی نشخوار فکری و روان‌آزرده می‌تواند گامی مهم جهت ارتقای سلامت روانی بیماران میاستنی /گراویس باشد. https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7241_df785dcc63e6555a16cf3986cc9ee100.pdf
