With a pre-test and post –test control group design, the subjects in the intervention group underwent 9 sessions of stress management and relaxation training, but the control group did not. Both groups were evaluated suing Eat-26, and data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. Results: Findings showed that there was no statistically significant   deference   between the two groups in pretest phase, but stress management and relaxation training, significantly decreased attitude of eating disorders in adolescent in the experimental group. Conclusions: The stress management and relaxation training has a positive effect on change attitude of eating disorders in adolescent
