تبیین حسرتهای بازماندگان درجه اول از مرگ زودهنگام بیماران سرطانی
مقدمه: تشخیص سرطان، نهتنها شخص درگیر با سرطان، بلکه خانواده او را هم در طول زمان تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. مراقبان بیماران سرطانی، نقشی اساسی در سیر مراقبت از بیمار، از زمان تشخیص تا هنگام مرگ بهعهده دارند. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین حسرتهای بازماندگان درجه اول از مرگ زودهنگام بیماران سرطانی انجام شد. روش: در مطالعه حاضر از روش پژوهش کیفی، با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی استفاده شد. اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه فردی، عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند با هشت نفر جمعآوری و ضبط شده است. دادههای حاصلشده به روش کلایزی تجزیهوتحلیل شده است. یافتهها: مضمونهای بهدستآمده در زیرمجموعه سه سوال اصلی پژوهش، در چهار مضمون اصلی طبقهبندی شدند که شامل: «عدم رضایت کامل از خود و احساس کوتاهیکردن»، «تلاش برای اجابت آرزو و آرامش بیمار»، «عدم ابراز احساسات کافی» و «تأثیرگذاری کادر درمان» است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد، با توجه به کمبودهایی که در زمینه حمایت از خانوادههای درگیر با سرطان وجود دارد، لزوم حمایتهای پس از سوگ، جهت کاهش خودسرزنشی و افزایش آرامش و اطمینان خاطر افراد داغدار اهمیت یافته و مداخله های مؤثر روانشناسی سلامت برای کاهش آثار آزاردهنده افسوس و حسرت، برای خانوادههای درگیر با بیمار سرطانی، در طی بیمار و بعد از فقدان و تجربه سوگ ضروری است.

نقش واسطهای سبکهای مقابله و حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده در ارتباط بین ابعاد سرشت و منش و بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به میگرن
مقدمه: میگرن وضعیتی عمیقاً ناتوانکننده است که متغیرهای روانشناختی میتوانند در آن اثرگذار باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطهای سبکهای مقابله و حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده در ارتباط بین ابعاد سرشت و منش و بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به میگرن انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد مبتلا به میگرن در شهر رشت در سال 1398 بود که به متخصص مغز و اعصاب مراجعه نمودند. نمونه شامل 432 نفر (276 زن و 156 مرد) بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای بهکاررفته در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سرشت و منش (TCI-56)، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی (PWB)، پرسشنامه پاسخهای مقابلهای (CRI) و مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده (MSPSS) بود. یافتهها: تحلیل مسیر نشان داد بهزیستی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به میگرن، متأثر از ابعاد سرشت و منش، سبکهای مقابله و حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده است. همچنین، نقش واسطهای سبکهای مقابله و حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده در ارتباط بین ابعاد سرشت و منش و بهزیستی روانشناختی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای ارزیابی مدل از شاخصهای (91/0) CFI، (93/0) GFI، (91/0) NFI و (07/0) RMSEA استفاده شد و مدل پیشنهادی برازش خوبی با دادهها داشت. نتیجهگیری: عوامل روانشناختی در میزان بهزیستی روانشناختی افراد مبتلا به میگرن نقش دارند؛ بنابراین، شناسایی این متغیرها میتواند تلویحات مهمی در زمینه درمانهای روانشناختی میگرن داشته باشد.

تجارب بافتارمند مبتنی بر سرطان: مطالعه پدیدارشناختی تجارب مبتلایان به سرطان
مقدمه: تجربه سرطان جنبه های اجتماعی - فرهنگی مهمی دارد که میتواند پیامدهای روانشناختی جدی برای بازماندگان سرطان داشته باشد. این جنبه های بیماری حتی میتواند بر سلامت و بقای آنان تاثیر بگذارد. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاوش تجارب بافتاری که افراد بعد از ابتلا به سرطان با آنها مواجه می شوند صورت گرفت. روش: پژوهش کیفی حاضر از تحلیل پدیدارشناسی تفسیری استفاده کرده است. دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیم ساختاریافته با 17 فرد مبتلا به سرطان گردآوری شد. یافتهها: از تحلیل مصاحبه ها مفهوم اصلی "تجارب بافتارمند مبتنی بر سرطان" اکتشاف شد که شامل شش خوشه مفهومی است: غیرمنتظره بودن، نگرش فرهنگی، تبیینهای بیماری، استعارههای بیماری، بازخوردهای اجتماعی، پیشگویی های وحشتناک. نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی، پس از تشخیص سرطان، افراد با طیفی از تجارب اجتماعی-فرهنگی مواجه می شوند که میتواند بر انطباقشان با بیماری تاثیر بگذارد. بنابراین، ضروری است در مداخلات آموزشی (اجتماعی و فردی) و درمانی مرتبط با سرطان به این مولفه ها توجه شود.

الگوی ارتباطی تابآوری و ذهنآگاهی با بهزیستی هیجانی با نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجان در بیماران سرطانی
مقدمه: بیماری سرطان بر جنبههای مختلف کیفیت زندگی بیمار ازجمله وضعیت روحی، روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی تأثیر دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی الگوی ارتباط ذهنآگاهی و تابآوری با بهزیستی هیجانی با نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجان در بیماران سرطانی بود. روش: روش اجرای این پژوهش توصیفی و طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع الگویابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل بیماران سرطانی در سال 1399 بود که به شکل نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 200 نفر (زن و مرد) از بیماران سرطانی در بیمارستان امام حسین (ع) شهر تهران بود. برای جمعآوری دادهها از فرم کوتاه مقیاس ذهنآگاهی فرایبرگ سوئر و همکاران (2011)، فرم کوتاه مقیاس تابآوری (واگنیلد و یانگ، 2009)، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گروس و جان (2002) و مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی کییز و ماگیارمو (2003) استفاده گردید. جهت تحلیل روابط واسطهای از روش بوتاسترپ استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ذهنآگاهی و تابآوری بر بهزیستی هیجانی اثر مستقیم و معنیدار دارد. اثر مستقیم ذهنآگاهی و تابآوری بر تنظیم هیجان نیز معنادار بود. نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین ذهنآگاهی و تابآوری با بهزیستی هیجانی معنادار نبود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش برای متخصصان و روانشناسان حوزه سلامت تلویحات کاربردی داشته و میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ذهنآگاهی و تابآوری بر بهزیستی هیجانی بیماران سرطانی اثر مستقیم دارند.

شیوع شناسی اضطراب کرونا ویروس: عوامل خطر و محافظ در دانشجویان و کارکنان دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان
مقدمه: اضطراب یکی از شایعترین اختلالات روانپزشکی در جمعیت عمومی است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی شیوع شناسی اضطراب کرونا ویروس و عوامل خطر و محافظ بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان و کارکنان دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در نیمه اول سال 1399 بود که از بین آنان 234 نفر کارمند و 981 نفر دانشجو به شیوه در دسترس در گروه نمونه قرار گرفتند. دادههای این تحقیق از طریق مقیاس اضطراب کرونا ویروس بهصورت آنلاین جمعآوری شد. مقیاس اضطراب کرونا جهت سنجش اضطراب ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا در کشور ایران و توسط علیپور و همکاران (1398) تهیه و اعتبار یابی شده است. برای تحلیل دادهها از رگرسیون همزمان و آزمون فرضیهها و نیز آزمون تفاوت و کایاسکوئر استفاده شد. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد سطح اضطراب کرونا در دانشجویان نسبت به کارمندان در وضعیت مطلوبتری قرار دارد. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون حاکی از نقش پیشبینیکنندگی عوامل محافظ و خطر در اضطراب کرونای دانشجویان بود، اما در جمعیت کارمندان فقط عوامل خطر توانست اضطراب کرونا را پیشبینی کند. نتیجهگیری: هرچند نتایج پژوهش درمجموع نشان از سطح اضطراب بالا در جمعیت مورد مطالعه نبود اما در شیوعشناسی و تبیین عوامل مرتبط با هر سطح از اضطراب نباید از نقش عمده عوامل خطرساز و محافظ در شرایط کلی و در بحران ناشی از بیماری ویروسی کرونا غفلت نمود.

نسخة کوتاه فهرست مقابله با موقعیتهای تنیدگیزا: بررسی روانسنجی در بین پرستاران
مقدمه: پرستاری یک حرفة پرتنش است که میتواند مسائلی را در قلمرو سلامت روانشناختی و جسمانی و همچنین مشکلات رفتاری موجب شود. در بخش انکولوژی، اضافهبار کاری پرستاران و روند صعودی افزایش مبتلایان به سرطان، ضرورت مطالعة کیفیت فشار کاری پرستاران این بخش را سبب میشود. مطالعة حاضر با هدف آزمون ساختار عاملی نسخة کوتاه فهرست مقابله با موقعیتهای تنیدگیزا در بین گروهی از پرستاران ایرانی انجام شد. روش: در پژوهش همبستگی حاضر، 151 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای اونکولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، به نسخة کوتاه فهرست مقابله با موقعیتهای تنیدگیزا پاسخ دادند. بهمنظور آزمون ساختار عاملی نسخة کوتاه فهرست مقابله با موقعیتهای تنیدگیزا در بین پرستاران از روشهای آماری تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج روش آماری تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی با استفاده از چرخش وریمکس نشان داد که ساختار عاملی نسخة کوتاه فهرست مقابله با موقعیتهای تنیدگیزا در بین پرستاران از چهار عامل هیجانمداری، مسئلهمداری، تمرکززدایی و حواسپرتی تشکیل شده است. نتایج در این بخش نشان داد که چهار عامل استخراجشده حدود 18/55 درصد از واریانس نمرات عامل مکنون زیربنایی مقاله را تبیین کردند. علاوه بر این، شاخصهای برازش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بر پایه نرمافزار AMOS نیز وجود عوامل چهارگانه را تأیید کرد. ضرایب آلفای کرانباخ برای چهار عامل هیجانمداری، مسئلهمداری، تمرکززدایی و حواسپرتی در بین پرستاران به ترتیب برابر با 83/0، 78/0، 77/0 و 77/0 به دست آمد. نتیجهگیری: درمجموع، نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بر ثبات ساختار عاملی نسخة کوتاه فهرست مقابله با موقعیتهای تنیدگیزا و همچنین اعتبار این فهرست برای سنجش سبک ترجیحی پرستاران ایرانی در مواجهه با تجارب تنیدگیزا، تأکید کرد.

مقایسه اثربخشی شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و نوروفیدبک بر میزان و شدت علائم جسمی و تنظیم هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و نوروفیدبک بر میزان و شدت علائم جسمی و تنظیم هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر انجام شد. روش: پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای فوق تحصصی گوارش شهرستان قزوین در سال 1398 بود. 45 نفر از بیماران بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه گمارش شدند. فرم ملاک تشخیصی رم-3 و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی (گروس و جان، 2003) قبل، بعد و دو ماه بعد از مداخله در مورد تمامی افراد نمونه اجرا گردید. گروههای آزمایش تحت شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و نوروفیدبک قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و نوروفیدبک بر کاهش میزان و شدت علائم جسمی و افزایش تنظیم هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر مؤثر است (01/0>p). مقایسه میانگینهای دو گروه آزمایش نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین اثربخشی آنها بر میزان و شدت علائم جسمی و تنظیم هیجانی بیماران وجود ندارد (05/0<p). نتیجهگیری: هر دو مداخله از طریق فنون خاص خود میتوانند میزان و شدت علائم جسمی بیماران را کاهش و تنظیم هیجانی آنها را افزایش دهند؛ بنابراین درمانگران میتوانند از این مداخلات جهت کنترل علائم جسمی و هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریکپذیر استفاده کنند.

اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر استرس ادراکشده و سرکوبگری عاطفی بیماران عروق کرونری قلب
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر استرس ادراکشده و سرکوبگری عاطفی بیماران عروق کرونری قلب صورت گرفت. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن بهصورت پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعهی آماری شامل تمامی بیماران عروق کرونر است که به مراکز درمانی شهر تبریز مراجعه کرده بودند و توسط پزشک متخصص، تشخیص را دریافت کرده بودند. نمونهی پژوهش 30 نفر بودند که بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی به گروههای آزمایش و کنترل بهصورت یکسان گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایش بهصورت گروهی، در 8 جلسه دوساعته، تحت درمان مبتنی بر شفقت قرار گرفتند، درحالیکه اعضای گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخلهی درمانی دریافت نکردند. ابزارهای جمعآوری دادهها، مقیاس استرس ادراکشده و پرسشنامه سازگاری وینبرگر بودند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت در کاهش استرس ادراکشده (01/0> P) و سرکوبگری عاطفی (01/0> P) بیماران عروق کرونری قلب تأثیر معناداری داشته است. نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، روشی مؤثر در کاهش استرس ادراکشده و سرکوبگری عاطفی بیماران عروق کرونری قلب بوده است.

مقدمه: بیماری اماس ماهیت مزمن و پیشروندهای دارد و بر جنبههای مختلف زندگی فرد اثر میگذارد و از افکار وی تأثیر میپذیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی گرایش به افکار خودکشی بر اساس سرسختی روانشناختی و تصویر بدنی ادراکشده در بیماران مبتلا به اماس بود. روش: در این پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی بر اساس جدول مورگان و با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، تعداد 306 نفر بهعنوان گروه نمونه از جامعه آماری 1500 نفری بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهر قم در سال ۱۳۹۹ انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسشنامه افکار خودکشی (بک،1961)، سرسختی روانشناختی (لانگ و گولت،1981) و روابط خود - بدن (کش و همکاران، 1987) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه از طریق نرمافزار 22SPSS انجام شد. یافتهها: دادهها نشان داد گرایش به افکار خودکشی با سرسختی روانشناختی (762/-0=r، 01/0>p) و تصویر بدنی ادراکشده (424/-0=r، 01/0>p) همبستگی معنادار دارد و سرسختی روانشناختی با بتای 734/0- و تصویر بدنی ادراکشده با بتای 156/0 -در سطح خطای 05/0 قابلیت پیشبینی گرایش به افکار خودکشی را دارند. نتیجهگیری: از نتایج مطالعه میتوان چنین احتمال داد که ارتقاء سرسختی روانشناختی در بیماران مبتلا به اماس، امکان دسترسی به فهرستی از راهبردهای مقابله با فشار رویدادها را میدهد و بهبود ادراک تصویر بدنی، موجب برخورد مسئلهمدارانه با مشکلات و حفظ سلامت روان آنها میشود.

اثربخشی رواندرمانی مثبتنگر بر حس انسجام، خودکارآمدی، بهزیستی روانشناختی و تابآوری در پرستاران بیمارستانهای تأمین اجتماعی
مقدمه: روانشناسی مثبتگرا یک رویکرد علمی نوین با تمرکز بر نقاط قوت بهجای نقاط ضعف و ایجاد خوبی در زندگی بهجای ترمیم بدیها است. لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی رواندرمانی مثبتگرا بر حس انسجام، خودکارآمدی، بهزیستی روانشناختی و تابآوری در پرستاران انجام گرفت. روش: این پژوهش بهصورت آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه پیگیری و کنترل انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش 30 پرستار زن با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی قرار گرفتند و قبل و بعد از مداخله و در مرحله پیگیری با استفاده از پرسشنامههای خودکارآمدی شرر، حس انسجام آنتونوفسکی، تابآوری کانر و بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که رواندرمانی مثبتگرا بهصورت معنیداری بهزیستی روانشناختی، تابآوری و حس انسجام را در پرستاران زن افزایش داد؛ اما نتایج این مداخله بر خودکارآمدی معنیدار نبود. همچنین نتایج آزمون بن فرونی نشان داد که افزایش در متغیرهای حس انسجام، بهزیستی روانشناختی و تابآوری در طول زمان ماندگار است. نتیجهگیری: آموزش مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبتگرا به نحو مؤثری سبب بهبود حس انسجام، بهزیستی روانشناختی و تابآوری در پرستاران میگردد.
