ارتباط حس انسجام، تفکر مثبت و خودافشایی هیجانی با کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان
مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط حس انسجام، تفکر مثبت و خود افشایی هیجانی با کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد. روش: جامعه پژوهش را کلیه بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بستریشده در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر اردبیل در سال 1395 تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها 100 نفر بهصورت در دسترس بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جمعآوری دادهها بهوسیله چهار پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHQOL-BRIEF)،حس انسجام (COS)، جهت مداری زندگی (TOL-R) و خودافشایی هیجانی (ESDS) انجام شد. برای تحلیل دادهها نیز از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که بین حس انسجام و تفکر مثبت با کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. از بین مؤلفههای خودافشایی شادی، آرامش و بیحسی با کیفیت زندگی رابطه مثبت، افسردگی، حسادت، خشم، اضطراب و ترس با کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان رابطه منفی داشت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد حس انسجام 59 درصد، تفکر مثبت 29 درصد و خودافشایی هیجانی 29 درصد توانایی پیشبینی کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان را دارند. نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها نشان میدهد که حس انسجام، تفکر مثبت و خود افشایی هیجانی در پیشبینی کیفیت زندگی بیماران سرطانی کاربرد دارند، لذا این یافتهها میتواند تلویحات مهمی در زمینه پیگیری از مشکلات روانشناختی در این بیماران داشته باشد.

پیش بینی ترس از حرکت بر اساس فاجعه سازی درد و روان رنجورخویی در بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش فاجعهسازی درد و روانرنجورخویی در پیشبینی ترس از حرکت در بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید بود. روش: پژوهشحاضرازنوعمطالعات همبستگی بود.از بین بیماران مبتلا به آرتریت روماتوئید باتجربه درد مزمن که به مراکز درمانی شهر گیلان مراجعه کرده بودند، 100 بیمار بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند.ابزارهای بهکاررفته در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس ترس از حرکت تمپا (TSK)، مقیاس فاجعهسازی درد (PCS) و پرسشنامه پنج عاملی NEO- فرم کوتاه (NEO-FFI) بود. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که فاجعهسازی درد و روانرنجورخویی بهطور معناداری ترس از حرکت را پیشبینی میکنند. مقدار ضریب رگرسیونی استانداردشده برای فاجعهسازی درد 433/0 و برای روانرنجورخویی 278/0 بود. نتیجهگیری: روانرنجورخویی و فاجعهسازی درد میتوانند با تأثیر بر ترس بیمار از حرکت و اجتناب وی از فعالیت، بر کیفیت زندگی تأثیر گذاشته و مشکلات ناشی از درد مزمن را افزایش دهند. ازاینرو لازم است این عوامل در مدیریت و درمان این بیماران موردتوجه قرار گیرند.

اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر وسوسه مصرف و احتمال لغزش در بیماران وابسته به متآمفتامین
مقدمه: امروزه، سوءمصرف مواد به یکی از مشکلات اساسی در جوامع تبدیل شده و شیوع آن در بین جوانان بیشتر شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر وسوسه مصرف و احتمال لغزش در بیماران وابسته به متآمفتامین بود. روش: در مطالعه حاضر از طرح تجربی تکموردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه ناهمزمان استفاده شد. سه نفر از بیماران مرد وابسته به متآمفتامین که در سال 1396 به اداره بهزیستی تکاب و مرکز ترک اعتیاد این شهرستان مراجعه کرده بودند از طریق مصاحبه تشخیصی و مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته و به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. از ابزارهای پژوهش مانند مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته (SCID)، پرسشنامه ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی، آزمایش ادرار، مقیاس پیشبینی بازگشت (RPS) و پروتکل انفرادی ACT برای افراد سوءمصرف کننده مواد استفاده شد. نتایج بهدستآمده به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا (RCI)، فرمول درصد بهبودی، بهبود بالینی معنادار و سنجش عملیاتی موردبررسی قرار گرفت. یافتهها: دادههای بهدستآمده نشان داد کاهش میزان وسوسه مصرف و احتمال لغزش در بیماران ازلحاظ آماری (در سطح 05/0)، بالینی و سنجش عملیاتی معنادار است. نتیجهگیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش میزان وسوسه مصرف و احتمال لغزش در بیماران وابسته به متآمفتامین مؤثر است و با توجه به اینکه این روش درمانی انعطافپذیری روانشناختی را در بیماران بالا میبرد، میتوان از آن در درمان وابستگی به متآمفتامین استفاده کرد.

اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت زندگی و استرس ادراکشده بیماران مبتلا به سرطان
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کیفیت زندگی و استرس ادراکشده بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی بود که بهصورت پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مراجعهکننده به بخش پاتولوژی بیمارستانهای شهر شیراز در سال 1396 بود. 30 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بهصورت هدفمند از بیمارستان نمازی و با توجه به معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هرکدام 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه مداخلهای گروه آزمایش (درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد) در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای انجام شد. گروه کنترل در این مدت مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت و پرسشنامه استرس ادراکشده استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیره (آنکوا) تجزیهوتحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش کیفیت زندگی و کاهش استرس ادراکشده بیماران مبتلا به سرطان تأثیر معناداری دارد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای حاصل از پژوهش میتوان بیان کرد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث افزایش کیفیت زندگی و کاهش استرس ادراکشده بیماران سرطانی میگردد و میتوان از آن بهعنوان روشی کارآمد بهره برد.

اثربخشی بسته امیددرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد مثبتنگر بر خودکارآمدی و احساس تنهایی بیماران پارکینسون
مقدمه: بروز بیماریهای مزمن همچون پارکینسون، علاوه بر سلامت جسمی، سلامت روانشناختی مبتلایان را نیز با آسیب جدی مواجه میسازد. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته امیددرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد مثبتنگر بر خودکارآمدی و احساس تنهایی بیماران پارکینسون انجام گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل افراد مبتلا به بیماری پارکینسون شهر اصفهان در سهماهه زمستان سال 1397 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 40 فرد مبتلا به بیماری پارکینسون با روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند (20 بیمار در گروه آزمایش و 20 بیمار در گروه کنترل). گروه آزمایش مداخله آموزشی امیددرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد مثبتنگر را طی سه ماه در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامههای مورداستفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی (شرر و آدامز، 1982) و پرسشنامه احساس تنهایی (راسل، 1996) بود. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری 23SPSS مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بسته آموزشی امیددرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد مثبتنگر بر خودکارآمدی و احساس تنهایی بیماران پارکینسون تأثیر معنادار دارد (0001/0>p). این در حالی بود که این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری نیز ثبت خود را حفظ کرده بود. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن بودند که بسته آموزشی امیددرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد مثبتنگر به دلیل برخورداری از روشهای امیددرمانی و رواندرمانی مثبتنگر، میتواند منجر به بهبود خودکارآمدی و احساس تنهایی بیماران پارکینسون شود.

پیشبینی رشد پس از سانحه بر اساس سبکهای مقابله با استرس در بیماران تحت همودیالیز
مقدمه: درمان با همودیالیز اثرات گسترده و همهجانبهای بر بیماران دارد. این پژوهش با هدف پیشبینی رشد پس از سانحه بر اساس سبکهای مقابلهای انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفیـ همبستگی بود. به این منظور از بین کلیه بیماران مراجعهکننده به مراکز دیالیز شهر کرج در سال 1397 تعداد 219 بیمار به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای راهبردهای مقابلهای و رشد پس از سانحه پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهای توصیفی و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه توسط نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 25 تجزیهوتحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تنها راهبرد مسئلهمدار (97/5,t=001/0p<)، سهم معناداری در پیشبینی رشد پس از سانحه دارد و راهبردهای هیجانمدار و اجتنابی سهم معناداری در تبیین رشد پس از سانحه ندارند.ضریب استانداردشدهی بتا نشان میدهد که راهبرد مسئلهمدار 446/0 در پیشبینی رشد پس از سانحه سهم داشته است. نتیجهگیری: بیمارانی که از سبک مقابله مسئله محور استفاده میکنند، کنترل بیشتری بر شرایط استرسزا داشته و به احتمال بالاتری به رشد پس از سانحه میرسند.

اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی زنان نابارور
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی زنان نابارور بود. روش: روش این پژوهش، از نوع شبه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر را زنان مراجعهکننده به کلینیک امید تهران تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه اولیه 50 نفر بود؛ که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند. سپس، از بین آنها 30 نفر بهطور تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل بوند و همکاران (AAQ-II) و نیازهای صمیمیت زناشویی باگاروزی (2001) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره تحلیل گردید. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد تغییرات معناداری در انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی زنان نابارور در مرحله پسآزمون ایجاد کرد (05/0< P). نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهند که مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد میتواند بهمنزله یک مداخله مؤثر روانشناختی بر انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی رنان نابارور به کار رود.

اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش، تعهد و شفقت بر فاجعه پنداری درد، تحمل پریشانی و رشد پس از سانحه بیماران مبتلا به سندرم فیبرومیالژیا
مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش، تعهد و شفقت بر فاجعهپنداری درد، تحمل پریشانی و رشد پس از سانحه بیماران مبتلا به سندرم فیبرومیالژیا انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی دوگروهی سه مرحلهای (پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری) بود. 30 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سندرم فیبرومیالژیا بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل جایگزین شدند. مداخله برای بیماران گروه آزمایش تحت 10 جلسه اجرا شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس فاجعهپنداری درد سالیوان و همکاران (1995)، پرسشنامه تحمل پریشانیسیمونز و گاهر (2005) و پرسشنامهی رشد پس از سانحه تدسچی و کالهون (1996) بود. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش، تعهد و شفقت بر فاجعهپنداری درد، تحمل پریشانی و رشد پس از سانحه بیماران مبتلا به سندرم فیبرومیالژیا اثر دارد (001/0>p). این اثرات در دوره پیگیری 45 روزه همچنان باقی مانده است. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش، تعهد و شفقت دارای تلویحاتی بهمنظور بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا است که از آن میتوان در راستای بهبود کیفیت زندگی این بیماران بهره برد.

اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر مدل ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بر اضطراب درد زنان مبتلا به بیماری فیبرومیالژیا
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر مدل ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بر اضطراب درد زنان مبتلا به بیماری فیبرومیالژیا بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون –پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به بیماری فیبرومیالژیا مراجعهکننده به مطبهای خصوصی متخصصان روماتولوژی شهر شیراز بود که از میان آنها 30 بیمار به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس اضطراب درد بود که شرکتکنندگان در مراحل پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری تکمیل نمودند. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر مدل ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی در کاهش اضطراب درد بیماران مؤثر بود. نتیجهگیری: بهکارگیری درمانهای روانشناختی میتواند به کاهش اضطراب درد بیماران مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا کمک کند.

اعتباریابی مقدماتی مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا (CDAS) در نمونه ایرانی
مقدمه: ابزارهای اندازهگیری اضطراب برای بیماریهای مهم تهدیدکننده سلامتی مانند سارس و مرس توسعه یافته است. در زمینه سنجش اضطراب کرونا ابزار اندازهگیری مشخصی وجود ندارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر اعتباریابی مقدماتی مقیاس اضطراب کرونا در نمونه ایرانی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. 308 نفر از طریق فراخوان اینترنتی در تحقیق شرکت کردند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اضطراب کرونا 18 سؤالی استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش همسانی درونی به شیوه آلفای کرونباخ و 2-λ گاتمن و برای بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تائیدی (CFA) با استفاده از نرمافزار Lisrel-8.8 استفاده شد. جهت استاندارد کردن نمرات خام این نمرات با استفاده از نرمافزار Jmetrik-4.1.1 به نمرات استاندارد T و رتبه درصدی تبدیل و بهصورت جدولهای هنجاری تهیه شدند. یافتهها: مقدار 2-λ گاتمن برای کل پرسشنامه (922/0=2-λ) و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای علائم روانی (879/0=α)، علائم جسمانی (861/0=α) و برای کل پرسشنامه (919/0=α) به دست آمد. دادههای این پژوهش با مدل دوعاملی برازش مناسبی دارد. جداول نمرات استاندارد رسم شد و دامنه نمرات عاملهای پرسشنامه و نمره کل شدت اضطراب کرونا بر اساس نمرات استاندارد T به سه دامنه عدم اضطراب یا خفیف، متوسط و شدید تقسیم شد. نتیجهگیری: پرسشنامه اضطراب کرونا در اعتباریابی مقدماتی از اعتبار و روایی مطلوبی برخوردار است و میتوان از آن بهعنوان یک ابزار علمی و معتبر برای سنجش اضطراب کرونا ویروس استفاده نمود.
