Method: The statistical population of this study was all women with premenstrual syndrome in ahvaz in the year 2020. The study was a correlational research based on structural equation modeling. In this regard, using targeted sampling method, a sample of 250 people were selected from those who completed the premenstrual symptoms questionnaire. Data were collected using premenstrual syndrome screening tool (2011), the Comparative feeling of inferiority index (1995), Self-control Questionnaire (2004), depression, anxiety and stress scale (2007) and Perceived social support scale (1986). SPSS25 and AMOS22 software were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results supported the suitability of the relationship between the patterns and the collected data. The results revealed that social support mediated the relationship between inferiority feeling on depression and stress, as well as the relationship between self-control on depression and stress. However, this study did not find on indirect effect of social support on the inferiority feeling with anxiety and self-control on anxiety (p < 0/05). Also, the direct path of inferiority feeling with stress and social support with anxiety was not confirmed and the final model was removed. Conclusion: Based on the results, social support can be considered as an effective factor in women with premenstrual syndrome in relation to the variables of inferiority feeling, self-control, depression, anxiety and stress.}, keywords = {Premenstrual syndrome,Inferiority Feeling,Self-Control,Depression,Anxiety,stress,Social Support}, title_fa = {رابطه علی احساس کهتری و خودمهارگری با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس از طریق میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی در زنان دارای سندروم پیش از قاعدگی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه علی احساس کهتری و خود مهارگری با افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس از طریق میانجی‌گری حمایت اجتماعی در زنان دارای سندروم پیش از قاعدگی بود. روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زنان دارای سندروم پیش از قاعدگی شهر اهواز در سال 1399 را شامل می‌شود. طرح پژوهش همبستگی و به‌شیوه مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. در همین راستا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، نمونه‌ای برابر با 250 نفر از بین کسانی که پرسشنامه علائم قبل از قاعدگی را تکمیل کرده بودند، انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار غربالگری علائم قبل از قاعدگی (2011)، شاخص مقایسه‌ای احساس کهتری (1995)، پرسشنامه خودمهارگری - فرم کوتاه (2004)، مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (2007) و مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (1986) جمع‌آوری شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS25 و Amos22 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج بیانگر برازندگی مدل پیشنهادی با داده‌ها بود. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی، رابطه احساس کهتری بر افسردگی و استرس، همچنین رابطه خودمهارگری بر افسردگی و استرس را میانجیگری می‌کند. اما در این پژوهش اثر غیر مستقیم حمایت اجتماعی در رابطه احساس کهتری بر اضطراب و خودمهارگری بر اضطراب یافت نشد (P<0/05). همچنین مسیر مستقیم احساس کهتری با استرس و حمایت اجتماعی با اضطراب تایید نشد و از مدل نهایی حذف شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، حمایت اجتماعی می‌تواند یک عامل موثر در زنان دارای سندروم پیش از قاعدگی در رابطه با متغیرهای احساس کهتری، خودمهارگری، افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در نظر گرفته شود.}, keywords_fa = {سندروم پیش از قاعدگی,احساس کهتری,خود مهارگری,افسردگی,اضطراب,استرس,حمایت اجتماعی}, url = {https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_9073.html}, eprint = {https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_9073_1dac9121f8737e88e22b79c57449bf61.pdf} }
