Method: In a descriptive-correlational design, 306 people (204 females, 102 males) from the community sample older than 18 years were selected by convenience sampling method. Data were collected with Adherence to governmental measures survey, Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction and Frustration Scale, Feelings of uncertainty and threat scale, Motivation to adhere to governmental measures scale, and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale. Data were analyzed with structural equation modeling based on the partial least squares approach. Findings: Results showed that motivation has a mediating role in relation to needs satisfaction with distress, feelings of uncertainty and threat and adherence to governmental measures. Psychological distress and feelings of uncertainty and threat also played a negative mediating role in the needs frustration and adherence to governmental measures. Other results showed that psychological needs, motivation, distress, and feelings of uncertainty and threat explain 33% of the adherence to governmental measures variance. Conclusion: It seems that the adherence to governmental measures in the Covid-19 pandemic is influenced by motivational and emotional factors. Accordingly, giving the opportunity to participate in related decisions and provide feedback systems seems to be effective in complying with adherence to governmental measures in order to increase the autonomy and competence and reduce stress.}, keywords = {COVID-19,Psychological Needs,Motivation,Psychological distress,Governmental Measures}, title_fa = {ارزیابی مدل انگیزشیِ پیش‌بینی رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی در همه‌گیری کووید-19}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی مدل انگیزشیِ پیش‌بینی رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی در همه‌گیری کووید-19 بود. روش: در یک طرح توصیفی-همبستگی، تعداد 306 نفر (204 زن، 102 مرد) از جمعیت عمومی بزرگتر از 18 سال به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با سیاهه رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی، مقیاس ارضا و ناکامی نیازهای بنیادین روان‌شناختی، مقیاس احساس عدم اطمینان و تهدید، مقیاس انگیزش رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی و مقیاس فشار روانی کسلر صورت گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بر اساس رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که انگیزش در رابطه نیازهای روانی برآورده شده با فشار روانی، احساس عدم اطمینان و تهدید و رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی نقش واسطه‌ای دارد. فشار روانی و احساس عدم اطمینان و تهدید نیز در رابطه نیازهای روانی ناکام شده و رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی نقش واسطه‌ای منفی داشتند. سایر نتایج نشان می‌دهد که نیازهای روانی، انگیزش، فشار روانی و احساس عدم اطمینان و تهدید 33 درصد از تغییرات رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی را تبیین می‌کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی در همه‌گیری کووید-19 از عوامل انگیزشی و هیجانی تأثیر می‌پذیرد. بر این اساس دادن فرصت مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مرتبط و تدارک سیستم‌های بازخورد در برابر رعایت توصیه‌های بهداشتی با هدف افزایش احساس خودمختاری و شایستگی و کاهش فشارهای روانی مؤثر به نظر می‌رسد.}, keywords_fa = {کووید-19,نیازهای روانی,انگیزش,فشار روانی,توصیه‌های بهداشتی}, url = {https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_8883.html}, eprint = {https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_8883_8f45e656ae86fbc86bb6c10e3da6751a.pdf} }
