Negative attitudes and social barriers can lead to low self-esteem and depression in disabled people. This study was conducted to determine the effects of group training through Transactional Analysis on changing of intimacy attitude, self-esteem and depression of physically disabled women in Kashan in 2019. Method: The research was performed in semi-experimental method with two groups (training and control) with pre-test, post-test and follow up design. The statistical population was 48 disabled women under care of welfare center, which 40 people were selected and divided equally in each group randomly. The research instruments were intimacy attitude Treadwell, Eysenck’s self esteem and Beck depression inventories. First, pre-test was conducted. Then 8 sessions of Transactional Analysis, were administrated to test group. For both groups, post-test (after training), and follow-up test (one month later) were taken. Analysis of variance with repeated measures was used to analyze data. Findings:The results showed that group training, increased self-esteem and intimacy attitude and its component (mental attitude and emotional attitude) and decreased depression (р≤0.01), also there was no significant difference between post-test and follow-up in training group. It shows the sustainability of these effects. Conclusion: Transactional Analysis group training can effectively increase intimacy attitudes and self-esteem and decrease depression in disabled by recognizing existential values and improving interpersonal communication.}, keywords = {Transactional Analysis,Intimacy Attitude,Self-esteem,Depression,Physically disabled}, title_fa = {تأثیر آموزش تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر نگرش صمیمانه، عزت نفس و افسردگی زنان معلول جسمی-حرکتی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: ناتوانی نه‌تنها در جسم، بلکه بیشتر در نگرش معلولین وجود دارد. نگرش‌های منفی و موانع اجتماعی سبب کاهش عزت نفس و افزایش افسردگی آنان می‌شود. هدف پژوهش بررسی اثر آموزش تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر نگرش صمیمانه، عزت نفس و افسردگی زنان معلول جسمی- حرکتی کاشان در سال 1398 بود. روش: پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با دو گروه آزمایش و گواه با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری 48 زن معلول زیر نظر بهزیستی بود که 40 نفر به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه مساوی قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس‌های نگرش صمیمانه تریدول، عزت نفس آیزنک و افسردگی بک بود. پس از انجام پیش‌آزمون از گروه‌ها، آموزش تحلیل رفتار متقابل طی 8 جلسه، برای گروه آزمایش برگزار شد. سپس از دو گروه پس‌آزمون و یک ماه بعد آزمون پی گیری، گرفته شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: آموزش گروهی سبب افزایش عزت نفس، نگرش صمیمانه، صمیمیت ذهنی، صمیمیت عاطفی و کاهش افسردگی معلولین گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه، شد (01/0≥ P). میانگین نمرات این متغیرها در گروه آزمایش، در پس‌آزمون و پی گیری، در یک سطح آماری بودند که نشان‌دهنده پایداری اثرات آموزش بود. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش گروهی تحلیل رفتار متقابل از طریق شناخت ارزش‌های وجودی و بهبود ارتباط بین فردی در بهبود نگرش و عزت نفس و کاهش افسردگی معلولین مؤثر می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {تحلیل رفتار متقابل,نگرش صمیمانه,عزت نفس,افسردگی,معلول جسمی- حرکتی}, url = {https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7338.html}, eprint = {https://hpj.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_7338_b740891e9fd1ad1e22af0ef0c8236808.pdf} }
