Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of two non-medical treatment methods (progressive muscular relaxation and music therapy) on fatigue intensity of breast cancer patients. Method: Method of this study was experimental with design of pre-test and post-test on multi groups. The population were the total number of females who suffer from breast cancer and were introduced themselves to Shafa Partov Clinic in Ardabil province in order to radiotherapy from 2011 September until 2012 April. The samples (n=45, 16-45 years-old) were selected using available sampling and the Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS) was used for data collection. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics plus chi square and multiple analyses of variance (MANOVA). Findings: Both treatment methods were effective on reducing of fatigue intensity of cancer patients (pConclusion: It is advised that the therapists use the progressive muscles relaxation and music technique in order to decrease fatigue in cancer patients.

Objective: Cancer is one of the most common diseases in different societies. The purpose of the present research was to study effectiveness of behavior regulation training on anxiety reduction among women with breast cancer. Method: To do this study, in a semi experimental research, with pretest-posttest design, by control group, 30 women with breast cancer of Cancer Research Center of Shohadaye Tajrish Hospital were accessibly selected and randomly placed in the experimental and control groups. At the beginning and end of the study, subjects were tested by the Beck Anxiety Inventory (Beck & Clark, 1988). The experimental group learned behavior regulation techniques (Lotfi Kashani, Vaziri, 2005) in 8, 90- minute group sessions. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance. Results: covariance analysis of anxiety scores in the experimental and control groups showed a significant decrease in anxiety of the experimental group by keeping the score changes constantly (p

Objective: Marital satisfaction is one of important consequences of a good couple relationships and is a main indicator for evaluation of its functionality. This study was conducted to evaluate effect of diagnosis and medical treatments of breast cancer on marital satisfaction of women, by comparing to the general population. Method: In this descriptive-comparative study, 50 women with breast cancer who had referred to the department of Radiotherapy in Imam Hussein Hospital for complementary therapies and 50 women of general population were selected based on using purposive sampling, and then answered to the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (Spaneir 1976). The data were processed through Sciences Statistical Package for the Social (SPSS 19) to calculate independent T test. Findings: Findings indicate significant deference (sig=0/001) between marital satisfaction of two groups and lower marital satisfaction of breast cancer. Conclusion: According to the finding of this study and with regarding of finding reported by other related studies, it seems that considering marital satisfaction during early stages of diagnosis and medical treatments is a mental health necessity.

Objective: The purpose of the present research was to study relationship between stress coping style (problem- focus , Emotion – Focus) and self- assertive with perceived stress in the women at risk for breast cancer.
Method: The research method was correlation and sample of this research were 60 prople of women at risk for breast cancer that selected via simple randomization. The research materials were: coping inventory of stressful situations, shiring self- assertive questionnaire and Markham perceived stress questionnaire.
Results: Multiple regression analysis with stepwise method and pearson correlation showed that self- assertive (%24.80), emotion- focus coping (%15.52) and problem focus coping (%9.38) were explan of common variance (R2) of perceived stress.
Conclusion: This investigation showed that low self- assertive, above emotion- focus coping and low problem- focuse coping have basic role in amount of perceived stress in the women at risk for breast cancer.

Objective: Considered life-threatening diseases, including cancer and enhance the emotional disorder and dramatic reduction quality of life in patients. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group Logotherapy on promotion mental health of women with breast cancer were studied.
Method: This research is an experimental design (pre-test - post-test) was performed with the control group. The study population included all women referred to the Cancer Treatment Centers of Amol city. From this population, 20 patients were randomly selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups (each group, n = 10) were replaced. Treatment was administered for 8 sessions of 90 minutes. Instruments included the General Health Questionnaire was GHQ28. The data were analyzed using covariance method.
Results: The findings showed that the post-test showed a significant difference between control and experimental groups in the mental health component there.
Conclusion: The findings showed that group Logotherapy effective on promotion mental health of patients with breast cancer and can increase resilience and adaptation to cancer patients.
