Objective: The aim of the current research is to understand the lived experience of nurses in the corona ward and to determine the strategies they use when facing burnout. The population of this research includes nurses from the corona department of hospitals affiliated to Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. Method: The present qualitative research was conducted in the first half of 1401. The research sample was selected by non-random sampling method (purposive sampling) and after identifying nurses with moderate to high burnout, 10 people were finally selected according to the saturation of opinions. First, through semi-structured interviews, the data about nurses' experiences were collected. Job burnout and coping strategies were collected and converted into textual data after recording each interview. These data were analyzed with Claysey's seven-stage content analysis method. Results: In the open coding stage, 46 codes were extracted, which were reduced to 15 codes in the axial coding stage. Finally, 4 main themes include strategies based on on the family, including the sub-themes of emotional support of the family, emotional support of friends and social groups, and accepting help from the family, individual-based strategies, including creating a positive attitude, work-life balance, healthy sports and recreation, changing majors and departments, empowerment and collaborative experiences and referring to psychologists and psychiatrists, spirituality-based strategies including faith and heart belief and values governing the profession and organization-based strategies including instrumental support, reducing work density, providing preventive and therapeutic counseling services, paying attention to Welfare facilities and encouragement of employees were identified. Conclusion: Nurses' strategies are different when facing burnout. Emotional support from close family plays an important role in controlling job burnout components and they are a strong source of support in critical situations. Individual strategies of nurses are highly effective in controlling stressful factors caused by job burnout. Strategies based on spirituality by targeting nursing actions can make it easier for nurses to bear problems, and strategies based on organization are also effective in reducing job burnout by motivating nurses. Coping strategies identified as effective strategies can be effective in the process of adapting nurses to the consequences of job burnout and improving the quality of their lives.

Objective: Today, with the formation of a new style of life, human beings have witnessed changes and transformations in various parts of their lives, since the most important part of human life is the family, this part has also undergone changes and transformations. This article aims to study and interpret the lived experiences of families who have a person at risk for coronary heart disease, which actually includes people with an underlying disease whose immune system is weak. Method: This research is of qualitative phenomenological type. The statistical population is all Isfahan's families with at-risk individuals who were suffering from an underlying disease during the coronation period, and 12 people were purposefully selected and interviewed in a semi-structured manner. Findings: The data obtained from the interview were analyzed by Colaizzi method. Conclusion: The results of the lived experiences of families with high-risk groups in five main themes that show how to respond to the crisis and perceive the role of families with the changes they experienced in lifestyle and passing through this stage along with mediating components and how to deal with these conditions in five Behavioral, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual domains. Therefore, these findings are in line with empowering counselors and psychologists to help these vulnerable families.

Objective: Increasing the prevalence of cancer, especially in children, affects the family’s psychological system.Objective this study was to investigate the lived experiences associated with psychological stresses of cancerous children and their families in different stages of the disease. Method: A qualitative research approach and descriptive of phenomenological type. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews. Targeted sampling and interviews continued until data saturation. The number of participants was 33 from 14 families, of which 12 were fathers and 14 were mothers and 7 were siblings. The data analysis was done using a clayey method. Results: The psychological stresses of cancer children and their families were categorized into 7 categories, including psychological stresses before diagnosis, during diagnosis, ultimate diagnosis, after that, disease progression, child's death, and The psychological stresses of different stages (parents' concerns for healthy siblings, their concern about the effects of the disease on their marriage, the psychological pressures affecting the overall family system, and the psychological pressures on cancerous kid).Conclusion: By identifying the psychological pressures of cancerous children and their families at different stages of the disease, and acknowledging the parents can reduce the negative effects of these psychological stresses on the affected children and their family system
