چکیده

مقدمه: خانواده به‌عنوان یک عامل مهم اجتماعی مؤثر بر درد مزمن امروزه موردتوجه پژوهشگران حوزه درد قرارگرفته است زیرا این نهاد یکی از محیط‌های مؤثر بر سلامت جسمی و روانی افراد است که شرایط لازم برای رشد و رسیدن به تعادل جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی را فراهم می‌آورد. خانواده این شرایط را از طریق انجام یکسری اعمال مشترک انجام می‌دهد که به این اعمال کارکرد خانواده گفته می‌شود. روش: بر این اساس پژوهشی به‌منظور بررسی پیشایند حرکت هراسی بر اساس ابعاد کارکرد خانواده با تعداد 100 نفر بیمار مبتلا به دردهای اسکلتی عضلانی با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دسترس انجام شد. در این تحقیق برای بررسی ابعاد کارکرد خانواده و حرکت هراسی ناشی از درد مزمن به ترتیب از پرسشنامه‌های (FAD) و (TSK) استفاده شد. یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین کارکرد کلی خانواده و متغیر حرکت هراسی با مقدار (219/0) در سطح 05/.=α معنادار است و این رابطه به‌صورت مستقیم است و از میان ابعاد کارکرد خانواده حل مسئله، آمیختگی عاطفی، پاسخگویی عاطفی و ارتباطات بیشترین میزان ارتباط را با این متغیر نشان دادند. نتیجه­ گیری: ابعاد کارکرد خانواده میزان حرکت هراسی ناشی از درد مزمن اسکلتی عضلانی را تبیین می‌کند همچنین حل مسئله در خانواده با حدود 9.1 درصد، بیشترین تبیین را در پیش‌بینی متغیر میزان حرکت هراسی دارا است.

Objective: Nowadays family as an important social factor that effects chronic pain is being considered by researchers. Family is an effective environment in physical and mental health of people that provides the necessary conditions for development and achieve physical, mental and social balance. Methods: Family provides this conditions through a series of common actions which named family function. The aim of present study was to exam the contribution of dimensions of family function in fear of movement at patients with musculoskeletal chronic pain selected randomly. Family Assessment Device (FAD) and TAMPA questionnaire for assessing fear of movement is completed by participants. Results: It was found that there was a relation with family function dimensions and fear of movement variables and this relation was direct and among family function dimensions, problem solving, affective involvement, and affective responsiveness. Conclusion: Communication were the most related dimensions with fear of movement and problem solving is the most related one (9.1).
