Method: This research is of the semi experimental type and research plan is a two-group type with pre- experimentatation and post- experimentation. The population under study consists of 4850 female patients who submitted in M.S assembly of Isfahan that have Relapsing- Remitting MS and 20-40 years old with out pschologycal desease. from this population 30 case were selected based on random sampling method and were placed randomly in to experimental and control groups. spiritual training was given to the experimental group in 10 sessions. The data was analiysed using spss 17 and co-variance(ancova)method. in this research resilience scale (Conner & Davidson,2003) and traiming-therapy pakage of Taghizade and Miralaie were used.
Result: Significant difference were found in resilienc of experimental group after intervention{F=8.04, P-valu=0.0001},There were no significant defference in the resilience of patients in control group between pre-experimentatation and post- experimentation (P>0.05).
Conclution: The spiritual therapy is effective in increasing the resilience of female patients with M.S.

Objective: Many health problems arise directly from people`s behavioral choices, but people often do not behave in ways that could improve their health and extend their lives. The purpose of this study is to explore how self-compassion may play a role in relationship between self-control and health. Methods: To do so, 127 students (45 males and 82 females) of the university of Tehran filled four-dimensional measure of health questionnaire and short form of self-compassion and self-control scales. Findings: The results revealed that self-compassion and self-control were correlated positively with health and the result of hierarchical regression analysis showed the moderating effect of self-compassion on the relationship between self-control and health. So that, in the higher level of self-compassion, self-control was a better predictor of health. Conclusion: These results are discussed in terms of the role of self-compassion in the stages of self-control (setting goals, taking action, evaluation and emotion regulation).

Fisher's test showed there is a significant different correlation between spiritual growth and happiness in fertile and infertile women (p<0.005). Regression analysis showed that perceived stress in fertile women is only variable that can significantly predict happiness by 17%. But two variables, perceived stress in infertile women and spirituality together are able to predict 52 percent of the variance in happiness. One group (n=20) was trained in Iran Alzheimer's Association and (n=20) was not trained and not association. The research method was causal-comparative and the data were collected via Goldberg's general health questionnaire and Cooper Smite self-esteem inventory. Findings: First Result of one-sample t-test showed that general health and self-esteem were high in aged women population. Second Result of independent t-test showed that both variables in the trained group were higher than the ones in the untrained group (Sig. 0/001). Third result with the same linear regression model indicated the relationship between general health and self-esteem of aged women. Fourth result based on matched chi square test, no relationship was seen between self-esteem and general health of aged women with their personal characteristics (education level, marital status, job position, economic situation, health conditions). Conclusion: Aged women training affects their general health and self-esteem.

Method: The research method was causal-comparative. The sample consisted of 100 patients and 100 normal people. For the data collection, two instruments of Coping Strategies Scale of Lazarus, and Paykel Life Event Inventory were used. Multivariate Analysis of Variance was used for testing of Hypothesis. Findings: The findings of the study indicated that there was no significant difference on stressors of the members of the two groups and the two groups were only different in appraisal intensity of stress. It means that the mean of stress appraisal in the patient group was higher than the normal group. In addition, among the coping strategies, there was a significant difference between the two groups only with regard to positive reassessment coping, i.e., normal people obtained higher scores than the patient group in the positive reassessment. But in the other copies strategies, no significant difference was observed. Conclusion: The findings of the study can be used to intervene in the mental health and treatment of skin diseases.

Objective:Dressing change is a routine care practiced for burn patients, which due to the skin injury of patients, can be associated with severe pain. In spite of drug intervention, 75% of adult patients with burn have to tolerate severe pain in this process. The results of studies suggest that non-pharmaceutical methods such as hypnosis can help pain management in burn patients beside drug treatments. Thus, this study seeks to explore the effectiveness of hypnosis in relieving pain associated with burn dressing change. Method: In this study, 30 patients with second-degree burn hospitalized in Imam Reza Hospital of Mashhad, were assigned to two experiment and control groups. Both groups received the same drugs, and the pain scores were estimated by a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) before and after dress change. The experiment group was put under analgesic hypnosis during dressing change. The data were recorded for a week and mean and standard deviation were used for data description, and covariance analysis and significant level (p< 0/01) were used for data analysis. Findings:The findings indicate a significant difference between the results of pretest and posttest group in the experiment group. The same significant difference was also observed in the results of posttest in the experiment and control groups as well. However, there was not any significant difference between pretest results of the control and experiment groups or the pretest and posttest results of the control group. Conclusion:The results suggest the efficacy of hypnosis in reducing pain associated with burn dressing change
